I think the name of the place offering this is Chipolte? I was watching people, not all the signs. Perhaps someone else can provide deeper background or tell us how the burritos are.
It’s “Chipotle Mexican Grill” — an outpost of a national chain, there are several in the area. The sign said they were giving away free burritos from 5-9 pm, though with the line so long, I wonder if they had enough supplies. Never eaten there, though I walk past it frequently.
