    they’ve been like that for a while now. actually they were formerly reserved for expecting moms, which didn’t make my then-pregnant wife very happy.

    old news…+ the handicapped spots are filled by folks who arent handicapped at all

    They weren’t handicapped spots. Handicapped parking is regulated by law and is still there. As Robert says, they were formerly expecting-moms spots, and never saw much use (that I noticed).
