EMU: Tuition

The Detroit News reports that Eastern Michigan University’s board of regents approved a 0% increase to tuition, room and board, and fees for its 2010-11 academic year. According to the Michigan Senate Fiscal Agency, the last time one of the state’s 15 public universities did not raise tuition was in 1986-87.
