DTE spokesman said on the phone that triage for the most serious incidents weighs factors like immediate public safety hazard (e.g., downed live wire) and outages to crucial public infrastructure (e.g., hospitals). Power north of Skyline High was restored at 6pm on Saturday.
The Ann Arbor Thrift Shop (across from Arborland) is now open. It had been closed over the weekend because of no power.
