Ha! I used to collect those (S&H Green stamps). Retailers gave them out and you stuck them into a book. Books could then be redeemed for prizes. I still have the blender.
Hmm. Maybe, the Ann Arbor recycling program could have green stamp books as well.
Instead of redeeming coupons for recycling, there could be a “Recycling Hall of Fame” when you accumulated certain numbers of green stamps.
