9:30 p.m., Friday, October 7: stopped by to see the sculpture and its display. Both the lights and the water are turned off and tarps have been tossed over the lower part of the installation.

So is there a viewing schedule for this installation? It seems that it would be most effective if viewed in the evening since there are lights involved.
I heard there was more tweaking to be done before it was completely finished.
