    Hmmm … They were working on it Monday morning while I was walking to work.

    That is reassuring. Equipment was sitting idle at 4 and piping etc. is still strewn around. I’m not monitoring hourly but it seems little progress since a few days after my July 27 report.

    However, today (Tuesday Aug 21st) I saw no activity at 9:15AM. Everything was idle consistent with your observations.

    At about 10:15 am today (Tuesday the 21st) there were people working at the south section, with a couple of heavy machines running.
