Blank Slate is closed because they have run out of ice cream (wiped clean) and are “furiously working to make more.” Store will reopen in a few days. They thank their customers for their support.

I have never heard of an ice cream store running out! That is both odd and inspiring.
I think it’s because, instead of being produced wholesale, it is produced in smaller batches, with local ingrediencts. Their machinery just couldn’t keep up with the demand. I understand that is being addressed! So glad to hear about this new kid on the block!
