Pfizer senior vp Toni Hoover, who formerly worked at the Ann Arbor facility, told a group of site specialists visiting southeastern Connecticut that about 70 percent of scientists from Ann Arbor eventually moved to that area after Pfizer shut its R&D campus here, according to an article in The Day, a Connecticut paper.
