    It was my understanding that the landlord prohibited alcohol from being served (like other EoS franchises). I wonder if that would have made a difference.

    I guess I have better use my complimentary “one Sandwich or Salad ” card.
    Some one handed it to me when I was working the Art Fair this past summer.

    I’m shocked. Well OK, not really. Same reason the “Mexican” place on William went out of business. It was product, not food.

    Nick: The landlord can prevent that? Seems like an odd clause to agree to in a lease. Or is there some other blocking process?
