Washtenaw: State Income Tax

The Associated Press reports on a plan proposed today by two state legislators from this area – Rebekah Warren of Ann Arbor and Alma Wheeler Smith of Salem Township – to raise the income tax rate while providing tax credits to repay tuition at public colleges, universities and technical schools.
