The Raw Story reports that Arizona State University won’t be giving President Obama an honorary degree when he speaks at commencement next month, quoting a spokeswoman who told the ASU State Press, “Because President Obama’s body of work is yet to come, it’s inappropriate to recognize him at this time.” Last year, the school gave an honorary degree to Jim Duderstadt, former UM president.
