    I have zip-tied the panels as a stop gap measure and given Joe Morehouse a call (deputy director of the DDA, which still manages the property until Village Green can secure the financing for the City Apartments project.)

    I walked past there today – no graffiti on the fence, and there were some recent spot welds.
