I just sent in 4 more addresses a few minutes ago, sidewalks with ice. It is a danger for everyone – but esp. seniors, handicapped, people recovering from injuries or surgery. It seems to me that this is more important to quality of life than cars at an expired meter.
It’s like this all up and down S. State between Eisenhower and Stimson as well.
This could be easily fixed. Hire two homeless people at $10 a hour. Send them out with in a van with a city employee, to shovel these sidewalks. Send the business a bill. Now you’ve employed 3 people and cleared the sidewalks, for free.
