The Southeast Michigan Slow Food Review visits the Red Sea Ethiopian Restaurant in Ypsilanti: “We arrived around 6:30 pm to find the place empty aside from our server, a very pleasant woman who took our order, brought our food, and then disappeared into the kitchen to chat with the cook. The place stayed empty until we left, which made me wonder how much business they do. But I see that they offer Tuesday through Friday lunch specials ($1 off all dishes), with a 10% student discount, and a Thursday all-you-can-eat for $15.95 special, so I’m guessing that’s when the they see most of their traffic.” [Source]
