12:45 p.m. 700 block of Sunset Road. Bicycle truck: Roughly 6 x 10 plywood platform mounted on bicycle wheels, three bikes welded to the bed’s frame: one in front, two in rear. Three men riding the bikes, truck carries a piano, climbing a slight rise when they pass. While I gape in surprise as they pass, the lead rider grins at me and wonders how many bicycle piano haulers there are in America. [Editor's Note: It sounds like it was Mr. B.]
