The Detroit Free Press reports that several hundred law enforcement officials traveled to Chrysler’s Chelsea proving grounds on Saturday, where the Michigan State Police road-tested possible replacements for the Crown Victoria, which Ford is discontinuing next year. Other options include Ford’s Police Interceptor, the Dodge Charger Pursuit police car and GM’s Chevrolet Caprice police car.
