Ann Arbor OKs $5M in Sewage Bonds

At its Dec. 20, 2010 meeting, the Ann Arbor city council authorized the notice of intent to issue $5 million worth of sewage disposal bonds. The money would be used to fund improvements in the city’s sanitary sewer system, including the city’s effort to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows by disconnecting residential and business foundation footing drains.
