Just watched a “gentleman” in a beige Prius in the Tractor Supply parking lot on Jackson Rd. open the door of his car, throw out some trash and then drive away. I guess you can be partially green…or the car was borrowed or stolen.
I am tired of seeing piles of cigarets in parking lots where smokers dump their used butts
