    Where I used to live in Fayetteville, Arkansas, we could hear the football crowd doing the pig call (in unison) a couple of miles away. It was a memorable sound.

    Living on East Stadium, we used to hear the roar of the crowd and the announcements – now it is all kept inside the stadium. Sad. BUT, late last night we DID hear one big roar – at the end of the game.
