    I’m not in a location where I can easily fix the orientation of that photo. To be clear, POTUS did not plank the podium.

    I was there when the risers & bleachers were put in and I can vouch that there were no planking opportunities to be had. Ran across a few police scene – do not cross tape all over the sidewalk on state st. when I arrived to take out the bleachers & staging from the Glick bldg. State was still closed as of noon-thirty! Cheers!
