in keeping with the dda’s parking pricing policy, I would expect the representative from that august body to round pi up to 4.
I now would like the ability to favorite comments, p;ease Mister Editor.
Only 6 places? My 8th grader would scoff at that paltry performance!
Oh Yeah? Well my kid could …
As though even the 4th decimal place of anything is meaningful to anyone but physicists and such. (And yes, I’m a math teacher.)
But the pies work for me, for sure; and I’ll *like* Ed’s comment as well, just for pure snarkiness.
Does apple carmel contain caramel? Or is it a new umami flavor?
I would like to nominate #1 as Comment of the Year.
I will second the above nomination. I wonder if anyone on the DDA realize how much they have angered many of the people of Ann Arbor. Yes, angered many even beyond those who leave snarky comments in the media. Oh wait, they are going to have a puppet in the Festifools parade. That makes it all better. Typical DDA response.
Jeff, the 8th grader is aware of that, but it’s still a geek badge of honor to be able to win Pi-digit-reciting contests!
