State Rep. Jeff Irwin, the Ann Arbor Democrat who represents District 53, was a guest on “Off the Record,” a talk show hosted by Tim Skubick that focuses on state government. Irwin’s segment starts about halfway through the 30-minute show. He is interviewed by panelists about leadership issues, state ballot proposals, and Democratic efforts to take back control of the legislature.
