Dozens of raptors cruise from County Farm Park to Pattengill neighborhood. Breathtaking and unnerving. These were no crows. Some were just 20 feet over our heads: silver underwing, hooked beak, stubby head. A naturalist at my kid’s bus stop identified them as turkey vultures.
