I was glad about the DOMA decision but equally so about the Prop 8 decision. That was a really flawed exercise of the California referendum process. Now I hope that Irwin and Zemke’s measure about the Michigan referendum can make it through our (adjective deleted by author) state legislature. One thing that referendum did was to negate the domestic partner benefits program that Jeff and I put through the BOC.
