Stopped. Watched. icon

Depot is closed between Main and Fifth. It’s flooded … not sure what happened.  Fourth is closed at Summit as well I’m completely trapped.

    It was closed off BEFORE the rain came so it is not a weather related problem.

    It’s a water main break – at a particularly difficult time, what with the rain and all.
