    I wonder if it’s a weather thing. On Monday (not a typical lunch-out day), we had beautiful sunshine and Café Zola was completely packed.

    My friend Fred Posner hooked up real time parking information by phone to 212-937-7844 and choose option 6. It’s the number of spots at 4th and washington.

    Alas the DDA’s own web site does not have current information about parking structure use; it has been the same number since 30 December 2008.
