In general, trash should be put in the bins; but during move-in/move-out time, it seems like there could be an exception.
Very few plan ahead and start throwing out junk weeks in advance.
I thought the city was providing a special junk drop-off spot in the south State street/Burns Park neighborhood around the major move-out period (May). That’s not the only rental area, but perhaps has the largest concentration.
