A2: Water Hill
A post on the Water Hill Music Fest’s website credits James Gotts for pointing out a Robert Frost poem – “Evening in a Sugar-Orchard,” written while Frost was living in Ann Arbor – that mentions Water Hill. An excerpt: “I thought a few might tangle (as they did/ Among bare maple boughs and in the rare/ Water Hill atmosphere not cease to glow/ And so be added to the moon up there.” This year’s festival is set for Sunday, May 6 from 2-6 p.m., with a rain date of May 13.
