    That green butt (?) looks kind of prominent as well, especially in the 2nd photos.

    Uh-oh, did I just disqualify myself for serving on commissions??

    I wonder if she’ll stay blond or of that’s also underpainting?

    My son reports the artist is a well known graffiti artist (not a local).
