I think you mean Amadeus, although there were dozens of customers and thousands of plump paczki at Copernicus (Main and William) as well. Saw a very content two-fisted paczki eater. Nobody seemed to mind the wait. There were jokes about guilt and penance of the caloric kind.

I rolled into the deli just after 8:00 and was out with two dozen paczki about five minutes later. The early bird gets the paczki? And according to my very Polish co-worker, they’re good. :)
