The Detroit Free Press reports that Adam Brook, who has organized the Hash Bash in Ann Arbor for many years, has been arrested and charged on eight felony counts, including possession of more than a pound of marijuana. According to the report, the arrest prompted Brook to drop his lawsuit that challenges Royal Oak’s new medical-marijuana ordinance.
