The area was filled with mist as University of Michigan workers blew compressed air through the sprinkler system. A worker told me that people often ask if it is a toxic mist. Nope. Just water and air. They are winterizing the fountains and sprinklers all over campus, and the suggestion was made that everyone do the same this week before it is too late.
