UM: Concrete

The National Geographic publishes an article about bendable, “self-healing” concrete developed by UM researchers. The article quotes Victor Li, co-author of a UM study about the material: “One of the big attractions, apart from reducing maintenance requirements, is the fact that [the new concrete] is very quiet” without expansion joints.
