    According to the DDA, Republic Parking bagged the meters for a “construction project in the area”. Seems tough to wall off most of the public parking with access to Farmers’ Market on a market day. None of those bagged meter spots were being used.

    Is this at Fourth (not Fifth) and Catherine? The meters in that lot were bagged when I went there on 9/21. I assumed it was related to the teardown of the Greek Orthodox church that bore the sainted version of my name. If so, it’s been going on for at least 2 weeks.

    There was a nice DDA bike rack by Braun Court.

    Yes, it is at Fourth and Catherine. I apparently have a mental glitch because this is the second time I have misnamed this intersection.
