    The intersection is now open, but about 15 minutes ago there were still four state police vehicles on the scene. While the police officer I asked said it was “just a crash” the presence of the state police in such force, as well as a canine unit, make it seem like something more. Many people also saw police carefully and thoroughly searching the car that ended up facing West on Main street almost onto the sidewalk at Lena’s. I hope we get to hear what really happened.

    Sorry, that should be facing East, not West. I would make a very bad crime scene reporter.

    I was at Division & William around 3:30 PM, when a city police car turned on its light and speeded off towards Main.

    I think more importantly one of them was a homicide suspect.
